I've also made a driving video if you'd like to see it, at https://youtu.be/ObwiZIm822w

The car rides on a set of Coker Classic wide whites, with a matching spare in the trunk. The wire wheels are in excellent condition with no pitting or road rash.
Both bumpers (and the grill) were rechromed at a significant cost, they look fantastic and add a lot to the WOW factor of this car. All of the car's stainless trim was also removed during the repaint, and professionally polished. The car pops.
All of the other chrome pieces on the car are in great shape, with no pitting.
The glass on the car is in very good condition. The windshield appears to be original (EZ-Eye LOF Safety Plate) and has one small nick near the center. All of the rest is clean and clear with no delamination or hard water spotting.
Good panel gaps and fender welting. The factory tinted glass adds a subtle blue hue.
Nice tail lights and emblems. And yes, the gas cap is beneath that left side tail light!
The windows seals and sweeps are new, and the car has new weatherstripping throughout.
The car sits right, and looks great from every angle. 1953 was an iconic year for GM, with the introduction of the Skylark, Fiesta, Eldorado, and Corvette!
The car's paint presents very well, with a few small flaws if you put your nose right up to it. The body panels are super straight with no rippling. Click to enlarge any of the photos for a full size view.
The Series 62 cars rode on a 126" wheelbase. This is a "DX" car (6237DX body style), which means it was built with power windows.
Nicely finished trunk with matching spare and factory jacking equipment.
Clean and crisp interior, with great upholstery and carpet. All new weatherstripping too.
All of the hydraulic power windows work well. Please note that the hydraulic power seat mechanism will leak fluid when it's operated, so eventually that will need looking into. I just leave the seat where it is.
All of the gauges work. The horn, signals, lights, and wipers all operate as they should. The gear shift indicator needs to move over to the left one notch to be accurate.
The radio has been professionally converted to AM/FM and has good sound. The clock is not working.
The 331 V8 fires to life easily and runs beautifully. It offers plenty of power and delivers it smoothly and quietly. The Hydramatic transmission shifts great, the car handles well, runs cool and brakes well. Basically the car performs like a Cadillac should. Don't forget to check out the link to my driving video at the bottom of the page.
Power steering and power brakes make the car easy to drive around town. A new wiring harness was installed during the restoration.
Matching numbers motor.
Excellent undercariage with all original floor pans. There is one professionally done metal patch under the spare tire well, as seen in the last photo. All other metal is original.
Also shown is an upgraded power brake booster system that was installed in the fender well. The old brake components are included with the sale, as well as some trophies that the car has won over the years.
